Issue No. 4 - Winter 2021
Letter from the Editor
Welcome to Pine Row's Winter 2021 issue, and thank you for visiting.
This fourth issue greets us as winter approaches in North America. It is an issue of warmth and homecoming, and of journeys into the cold unknown. The journal is a coast to coast affair with contributor residents of California, Massachusetts, and several states in between. It is in this issue, as Dane Hamann observes in his ekphrastic poem, that "The painter’s heart pours into the darkness." For me, the Winter 2021 offering showcases the most exciting poetry yet from our young journal, and I encourage you to read each interview. We also feature several poets reading their own poems and you can listen at Pine Row's SoundCloud account.
May this Winter 2021 issue bring you a welcome respite from the everyday, and offer you a fortifying kinship.
Happy Holidays,
Hank Hudepohl
